The Summer Gatsby Fundraiser is Project Thunder's plan to combat Poughkeepsie's gun violence. The creation of this event is the begining of our effort to raise funds to open our third Homework & Enrichment Center. This new center will allow us to serve more young people in our community. We believe pulling the community together will build the foundation for a portal that will create exciting, enriching and productive activities that will open the eyes of the youth in our community and inspire them with hope so they can dream again.
